We began our journey with a piece of land and a strong urge to be self-reliant and provide for ourselves. So, we started building our own homestead. We hit quite a few bumps in the road, and still would not consider ourselves fully self-reliant, but we are closer than we have ever been in our lives. Along the way we discovered that creating great food for your family is not as daunting as it sounds. After seeing the reaction our food had on our friends and family, we developed a need to teach others to create their own meals. We want everyone to be able to produce quality food for their families. So, in our mission to do this we expanded from our farm and purchased a warehouse. This warehouse became the home of Red Coop Feed & Seed. Here we not only sell you the products and materials you need for your homestead, We also have classes on how to build what you need, How to raise your animals, and how to process and get them in your freezer.
